Either it’s your first time hosting or your 100th let our consultant with 10+ years of experience work with you and your team to get your incredible Esports / Gaming event from dream to a reality.
“Deal Me In” Consultation Program
$30 per hour (*1 hr Minimum)
Like going to the tables you got to be delt in. Our “Deal Me In Consulting Program” Allows you to schedule a minimum one hour of time with our resident consultant either in person or over online means (Zoom, Skype, Facebook Messenger). With that time we will go over any aspect of logistics that tailor your current needs for your event.
“Ante Up” Consulting program
$100 (*5 hour minimum, $50 in savings)
With this versatile consulting option you have access to our resident consultant at your leisure to cover all of your event logistical needs. your time can be devised by session of your choosing depending on how many topics you need to cover.
*Ex: one session can be set for the entire five hour time frame. Or you can spread them out into multiple meeting reservations for (5) one hour sessions per day.

“ALL IN ON BLOCK!!” Consulting Program

We are at your full service. With the “ALL IN ON BLOCK” Service we provide you with (8) hour a day service to you as a full time on staff consultant for your event. From the conceptual stage, to planning, team meetings, finding venue, pricing structures, vendors options, Las Vegas Esports consumer trends, etc… We will provide our full service as well as be your dedicated event coordinator onsite.
